    Welcome to our online scheduling system!  If you are a new patient, we need you first to email us at mary@aprilbolding.com so our administrator Mary Bruce can input you into the system, make sure you have the information you require, and the proper forms to fill out.  If you are an existing client, you can schedule your appointments on your own.  We are highly motivated to make your scheduling experience better so we welcome your feedback.  Thank you!  Please note: If you have a more urgent need, please let Mary know and she'll do her best to help you get in sooner. 

    Typically, we recommend scheduling four appointments to address most conditions.  Most often, we are able to get you in sooner than the availability calendar shows when we use our cancellation list. If you are purchasing a Phoenix Heart ARISE™ Healing Kit, then fewer sessions will be needed.  Our goal is to help you meet your goals as efficiently as possible. You will always be taught some sort of home program that usually includes some sort of exercises, activity modification, body mechanics, and/or self-care abdominal massage.  If we work together toward your goals, you feel better and regain function sooner!   If you are scheduling postpartum appointments, count eight weeks out from your estimated due date, then schedule 4-6 appointments, 1x/week, the last 2 every other week.

     April is a practitioner of the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy™.  This modality addresses the position and health of the pelvic and abdominal organs and helps them return to more optimal functioning.  ATMAT is founded on the ancient Mayan technique of abdominal massage, which is an external, non-invasive manipulation that re-positions internal organs that have shifted in order to restore the flow of blood, lymph, nerve and chi.  It’s best to try and schedule appointments when you aren’t menstruating.  If you are actively trying to conceive, it’s ideal to make your appointments between the end of your period and ovulation.  Just do your best to project and it will be fine if we are outside those parameters.  

  • Phoenix Heart ARISE™ Healing
    Physical Therapy session(s) that pair with the purchased Phoenix Heart ARISE™ Healing Program that client can do at home.  This pairing cuts down on PT appointments and is a rich audio-guided home program that addresses client's goals.  PT sessions with this include diagnostics and goal production, as well as manual therapy, exercises prescription and/or specific activity modification.  Client can pick up Phoenix Heart kit before or on appointment date or request it to be sent.  This program is a money-saver, especially for clients that aren't going through insurance.  Cash and checks are always appreciated with any money exchange, but we can take credit cards.
